B\u00e1rmif\u00e9le \u00fczleti jelleg\u0171 felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1shoz Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 el\u0151zetes, \u00edr\u00e1sbeli hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges. Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 log\u00f3j\u00e1nak, v\u00e9djegyeinek haszn\u00e1lata kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag el\u0151zetes enged\u00e9ly alapj\u00e1n lehets\u00e9ges.\n\n5.4. A weboldalr\u00f3l \u00e9s annak adatb\u00e1zis\u00e1b\u00f3l b\u00e1rmilyen anyagot \u00e1tvenni \u00edr\u00e1sos hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s eset\u00e9n is csak a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3ra val\u00f3 hivatkoz\u00e1ssal lehet.\n\n5.5. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 fenntartja minden jog\u00e1t szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s\u00e1nak valamennyi elem\u00e9re, a weboldal \u00e9s a domain-neveire, az azokkal k\u00e9pzett m\u00e1sodlagos domain nevekre valamint az internetes rekl\u00e1mfel\u00fcleteire.\n\n5.6.
